This Privacy Policy is the record of what Narratex collects about you, why, and who else processes it.

Your manuscripts are yours. We do not train models on them.

We collect the account details you give us and the usage data needed to run the product.

Named processors handle hosting, payments and analytics. The AI is Anthropic: Narratex runs on Claude models and sends your content to no other provider.

You can request a copy or a deletion at any time by emailing hello@narratex.io, or see how to contact Narratex.

Deleting everything is covered separately on the data deletion page, and the wider agreement is in the Terms of Service.
